π Return Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Please keep the product packed securely in its original packaging.
π° Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
It may take 5β7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
π Replacement Option
If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
